There’s something special about being in the right place at the right time, with the ocean as your classroom. Foraging for my own food along the rugged Cornish coast has taught me so much about the mysterious world of sea creatures.

Their behaviours, habits, and hidden lives beneath the waves are endlessly fascinating. From learning when the tides reveal the best spots to gather, to observing how different species interact in their natural habitats, it’s a humbling reminder of nature’s rhythm.
